    Group Yoga Drop In

    • Relax & Unwind

      • In this restorative yoga class, you will be guided through gentle poses designed to promote deep relaxation and release tension. Using props for support, each posture is held for several minutes, allowing your body to fully surrender and unwind. This practice is perfect for anyone looking to quiet their mind, reduce stress, and restore balance to the nervous system. Through mindful breathing and stillness, you'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected, ready to continue your week with a sense of ease and calm. Suitable for all levels, props provided.

    • Rebuild your strength and reconnect with your body in our Postpartum Rehab Pilates class, specially designed to support your recovery after childbirth. This class focuses on gentle, restorative movements to help strengthen your core, stabilize your pelvic floor, and improve overall body alignment.

      Our exercises are tailored to the unique needs of postpartum recovery, offering safe modifications to help you regain muscle tone, flexibility, and endurance at your own pace.     Pelvis/Hip Mobility Pilates

    • Unlock the power of movement with our Pelvis/Hip Mobility Pilates class, designed to improve flexibility, strength, and range of motion in your hips. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, discomfort, or just want to move with more ease, this class will help you release tension and build stability around your hip joints and pelvis.

      Through a combination of gentle stretching and controlled Pilates exercises, you’ll work on improving the mobility and flexibility of the muscles surrounding your hips and pelvis, including your glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors.     • Experience this Pilates class (open to everyone) dedicated to strengthening your core, improving flexibility, focusing on pelvic floor health and enhancing overall wellbeing. This class combines traditional Pilates exercises with a specialized focus on pelvic floor engagement, helping you build strength from the inside out. Ideal for anyone looking to enhance their pelvic stability or those seeking to improve pelvic floor function and control.

      In this class, we’ll guide you through gentle yet effective movements that integrate breath work and mindful activation of the deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor. You’ll learn how to engage and release these muscles in a safe, supportive environment, building not only strength but also awareness of this vital area.

      This class is perfect for anyone. No previous Pilates experience is necessary, and modifications are offered for all fitness levels. Come prepared to focus, challenge yourself, and move with intention.

All our group exercise classes are purchased through our 5 Class Pass Pack for $75 ($15 per class). Midday Refresh Flow can be done as a drop in for $12.50. Once you have the 5 class pass on your file you can then register for any of the classes above that you would like. The intention is to use the pass within 3 months of purchase.
